1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the SecureHealth Club website, mobile app, or any related service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or notices posted on the SecureHealth Club platform. If you do not agree, please do not use SecureHealth Club.

2. Membership and Account

  • Membership is provided on a monthly, recurring basis. You may cancel or pause your membership at any time by contacting support.
  • You must provide accurate and current information when signing up. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • SecureHealth Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Monthly Membership Fee

  • Your membership renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Payments are processed through secure third party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on each billing cycle.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to our Refund Policy and are typically limited to the current billing period under certain conditions.

4. Telehealth Services

  • Telehealth services are provided by U.S. licensed partners and are intended for non emergency, general health information only.
  • SecureHealth Club does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. You are responsible for seeking in person or emergency care when needed.
  • You must not use Telehealth services if you are experiencing a medical emergency. We disclaim all liability for health decisions made based on Telehealth consultations.

5. Identity Theft Protection

  • Identity theft monitoring helps detect suspicious activity but cannot prevent all fraud or identity theft incidents.
  • You are responsible for monitoring your own accounts, promptly reporting suspicious activity to your financial institutions, and following recommended security practices.
  • SecureHealth Club relies on third party U.S. identity theft protection providers; we are not liable for any failure or delay in detecting or resolving identity theft events.

6. Discount Offers

  • Discount offers displayed on SecureHealth Club are provided by third party U.S. brands and are subject to each partner’s terms, conditions, and availability.
  • SecureHealth Club does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or ongoing availability of any discount offer.
  • Use of any discount offer is at your own risk and subject to the partner’s rules (minimum spend, exclusions, geographic limits, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, design elements, and software on the SecureHealth Club platform are owned by SecureHealth Club or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit SecureHealth Club content without our written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use SecureHealth Club for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the SecureHealth Club systems or data.
  • Provide false or misleading information during registration or use.
  • Share your account credentials with others in a way that violates these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureHealth Club and its partners:

  • Are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
  • Are not liable for losses related to Telehealth use, identity theft incidents, or the expiration or unavailability of discount offers.
  • Provide the Service “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SecureHealth Club, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of any third party rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate U.S. state or federal courts, as applicable, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of SecureHealth Club after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
