This Refund Policy explains how and when you can receive a refund for your SecureHealth Club monthly membership. By signing up for SecureHealth Club, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Monthly Membership Refunds
- SecureHealth Club operates on a monthly, recurring billing model. Your membership renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the next billing date.
- If you cancel your membership, you will still have full access to the Service for the remainder of your current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months already used.
2. Early Cancellation Window (Trial Style Period)
- If your plan includes a trial or introductory period, you may cancel within that period and you will not be charged for the next month.
3. Billing Errors
- If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), please contact us at support@SecureHealth Club.com within 30 days of the charge.
- We will review the transaction and, if an error is confirmed, issue a refund or credit to your account.
4. Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. No Refund Situations
We may deny refund requests in the following situations:
- You have used Telehealth visits, identity theft monitoring alerts, or redeemed discount offers.
- The request is made after 30 days from the billing date, unless required by law.
- You have already received or used any substantial benefit from a specific plan or promotion.
